Merchants must provide accurate KYC/KYB information and keep account details updated.
3Services Description
VaultPay offers payment acceptance and disbursement services with 24/7 operations, 365-day availability, and up to $300,000 USD daily handling capacity.
4Merchant Obligations
You must maintain lawful business operations, user consent records, and accurate reconciliation.
5Prohibited Activities
Money laundering, gambling where prohibited, sanctioned entities, fraudulent activity, and Ponzi-style operations are strictly forbidden.
6Fees & Settlement
Settlement timing varies by plan:

7Intellectual Property
All platform assets, APIs, and trademarks remain property of VaultPay and licensors.
8Limitation of Liability

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach, fraud risk, or regulatory requirements.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of Pakistan, with courts of Karachi having jurisdiction.
11Dispute Resolution
Parties should first seek good-faith resolution before formal legal action.
